Self – Directed Learning Program
The Self-Directed Learning Program offers a wide variety of learning options for 1199SEIU Union members in the Syracuse area. “Your Goals at Your Pace and Skill Level” with the flexibility healthcare workers require due to their changing and varied schedules. We use a variety of learning resources, but the core program is Plato Online Learning which you can work on at the Learning Center, from home or a local library.
You create a Learning Plan based on your Goals. Our instructors have many years of experience teaching in the healthcare workforce development field and case management is available in order to ensure you maintain positive progress.
