The Training Fund offers high school completion programs — GED, Spanish GED, and External Diploma. In addition, there are comprehensive classes to enhance language (Reading, Writing, and English as a Second Language) and mathematics skills — College Preparatory and Pre-LPN programs.

Also offered are classes to help members to pass the City University of New York (CUNY) entrance examination as well as entrance examinations required for admission to other colleges and universities.

Computer and Spanish for Healthcare Workers classes are offered to help members address the healthcare industry and customer service needs.
