Special Needs Summer Day Camp Sliding Fee Scale

This scale considers your income and number of dependents. To calculate what your total co-payment will be, find your weekly co-payment on the scale based on your annual salary and number of children under age 18, and then multiply it by the number of weeks of camp for which you are applying. For example, if your child is enrolled for eight (8) weeks of camp and your co-payment is $15 per week, your total co-payment will be: 8 x $15 = $120.
