The Benefit Funds have published an updated Provider Manual that features a new layout and easier search functions for an enhanced user experience. The manual includes the Benefit Funds’ policies and guidelines on topics such as participating provider roles and responsibilities, provider credentialing and recredentialing, covered and non-covered services, member eligibility, care management programs and wellness programs. It also provides clear instructions on claim submission and payment procedures, helping to streamline administrative processes.
