The rise of technology in long-term care is growing exponentially. By 2012, all long-term care facilities must comply as regulatory agencies mandate adaptation to electronic medical records (EMR) to document and report resident information. This workshop will explore some of the current technology, applications, and limitations. Additionally, this workshop discusses how technology can be applied and adapted through labor-management partnerships.
