In early 2006, the Commonwealth Fund sponsored a team of researchers from Brandeis University and Boston College to study how the QCC initiative is creating person-centered care (PCC) through labor-management partnerships. Join this workshop as the researchers reveal their findings and explore: (1) what is PCC, (2) essential elements for achieving PCC, and (3) how PCC can be sustained, expanded, and replicated.
