This workshop will explore the first set of standards and processes to obtain accreditation as a person-centered long-term care nursing home community. Participants will learn how providers can embark on the journey of preparing for an accreditation survey. These standards are designed to support unique perspectives of each provider's mission in being a person-centered organization.
