Communications Program

Laid-off workers participating in job security programs are required to attend a 60-hour communications program that includes training in team building, problem solving, diversity training and customer service — critical skills employers seek. This program includes workshops in resume writing, interviewing skills, and transferable skills for new job opportunities.
