Call for Blood Bank Lab Tech Retirees

If you are a retired Blood Bank Lab Technologist, there is an opportunity to work at Mount Sinai Brooklyn in temporary/per diem positions. 1199SEIU retirees can help to staff the third shift (12:00 midnight to 7:30 am) while earning additional income on a temporary basis.

 

To qualify, you must:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited Medical/Clinical Laboratory Science Program;
  • Be licensed by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (or as appropriate to area of assignment);
  • Have blood bank experience; and
  • Have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
