Home Care members have a $3 co-pay for generic medications and a $6 co-pay for brand-name prescriptions when you use participating CareMark pharmacies.
Think Generics First!
Always ask your doctor to prescribe generic drugs where possible. The generic drugs have the same effectiveness as the name brands, but they cost much less.
Remember, if your doctor prescribes a brand-name, or a non-covered medication, you will have higher out-of-pocket costs.
