To improve service to our providers, the Benefit Fund is partnering with MD On-Line to introduce a suite of services that will allow you to submit your professional claims electronically. Click here to find out how.

We also accept all claims submissions electronically through Emdeon. To log on, click here. Our payor number is 13162.

To submit paper claims:

Send UB92 claims to: P.O. Box 933, New York, NY 10108
Send CMS 1500 claims to: P.O. Box 1007, New York, NY 10108
