
As healthcare workers, we know how hard it is to find time to exercise – and how important it is to try! That’s why we created the 1199SEIU Resistance Band Total-Body Workout. The DVD includes workouts for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, and each takes only 15 to 20 minutes. This low-impact workout can be done anywhere, anytime – and it’s fun! To receive your own workout DVD and resistance band, just attend a health workshop at the Fund or at your institution. Check with your Outreach Coordinator to find out about upcoming workshops.
