1199SEIU members can receive full or partial reimbursement for after-school and day care costs.

You can receive reimbursement for two types of care:

» Documented Care: Service provided by a person or center that is licensed or registered by the city, county or state.

» Undocumented Care: Service provided by a friend, neighbor or relative (except your spouse) who is not licensed or registered by the city, county or state.
