Summer Day Camp Voucher (SDCV )

For children three to 17 years of age, living outside of New York City

To ensure that the children of members living in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Upstate New York and Long Island have the chance to experience the joys of summer camp, we offer a Summer Day Camp Voucher. You may use the voucher only for day camps that are licensed or registered by the city, county, or state. This benefit also applies to children who require special accommodations based on dietary or religious restrictions.

When applying, indicate the reason you are using this voucher. If you meet the criteria, you may apply for a period of up to eight (8) weeks.

There is a co-payment for this program based on a sliding fee scale. See the Sliding Reimbursement Scale below.

Summer Day Camp Voucher (SDCV) Sliding Reimbursement Rate

This scale considers your income and number of children. To calculate what your total co-payment will be, find your weekly co-payment on the scale based on your annual salary and number of children under age 18, and then multiply it by the number of weeks of camp for which you are applying. For example, if your child is enrolled for 8 weeks of camp and your co-payment is $15 per week, your total co-payment will be: 8 x $15 = $120.
